WHO WE ARE
Responsible Artificial Intelligence Serving Everyone - Unite the People (RAISE-UP) is proposed to be a separate non-profit and partnership between organizations and individuals who can imagine what we could do together to shape our futures with AI. RAISE-UP could also be adopted as a program of an existing nonprofit that shares a similar mission and goals.
RAISE-UP’s mission is to empower individuals and communities through education and advocacy to choose a responsible path for the development of artificial intelligence, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to flourish, prosper, and achieve the American Dream. Our goal is to redirect AI’s development to be safe and people-centered, to be centered on you and the common good. We believe AI holds extraordinary potential to shape our futures for the better, if we are brave enough to demand it.
WHAT WE DO
RAISE-UP invites everyone to unite in solidarity and commit to developing and using AI so we all can flourish, and not just for the power and profit of the few. We do this by encouraging you, communities, and partners to take The American Dream Pledge for the Age of AI, and inspire your friends, family, and neighbors to do the same. Through education, tools, and support, RAISE-UP seeks to empower everyone to advocate for a future where AI serves humanity and enables all citizens to achieve the American Dream.​
